My Anxieties Manifested into My Collections

This interactive book experience invites you to take a look into my mind, where you see the various collections I had through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.
In the box, there is a book, an empty photocard book, stickers, and some of my trinkets. Once you’ve read the book, the reader can “collect” my items by tearing out the perforated sections and inserting them into the sleeves of the empty photocard book. You can then decorate the book with stickers, like I once did in my childhood.
Creating this book helped relieve some of the anxiety I had with using and losing things. While collecting is a source of comfort, it’s nice to let go. To the end of an era! (Kind of... I still collect lots of things... 😋️)
This book was printed, bound, and designed by me.
